Looking for Barleywine Recipe
 

SWMBO and I went to DuClaw this weekend and she had their barleywine and asked "why don't you make one of these?"

So, does anyone have a good barleywine recipe they can post?

You could try the 9-9-9 Barleywine recipe. Seeing as how it's meant to be drank in a year, there probably hasn't been anyone who has sampled yet, but it was created by Brewpastor, and he has a pretty good track record for recipes.

The hydro sample when racking from primary to secondary was friggin' awesome on the 999. :rockin:

Scale it down some if you want it drinkable sooner.
