I'm looking to brew a wit beer with big tangerine flavor and aroma. What I'd like to do is brew a wit that uses late additions of summit maybe with some citra.

Has anyone brewed anything like this? Any advice on an all grain recipe? Thanks.

4.50 lb 2 Row pale malt
4.50 lb Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM)
0.50 oz Citra hops [10% alpha] (60 min as bittering)
0.50 oz Citra hops [10% alpha] (20 mins as flavoring)
1.00 oz Citra hops [10% alpha] (2 mins as aroma)
0.75 oz Coriander Seed (Boil 5.0 min)
0.75 oz Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 5.0 min)
1 Pkgs Belgian Wit Ale (White Labs #WLP400)

50/50 wheat and belgian pilsner
1oz sazz @60
1oz sazz & 1oz citra @5
0.5 oz coriander + 0.5 oz orange peal @5.
WY Forbidden Fruit - fermented warm and stepped up 1 degree/day for a week.

If you want to really go for a tangerine taste, you might consider some amarillo mixed with the citra. You could also look at using fresh orange or tangerine zest vs the bitter orange.

I've dry hopped with Summit and can confirm that it is great! Intense fruity tangerine flavor. This is assuming you don't end up with a batch that tastes like onions, but that was not my experience.
