Default Light flavored and colored Ale Recipe???

A lighter colored, lighter tasting ale recipe, something with body that is refreshing and light... anyone have one? I can do up to a 2 step mash with 11lbs of grain. All grain recipes please... PLEASE, this is something I am doing for my wife.

I just did almost that exact recipe but I had .5# crystal 40 in there too. It's really good and light.

personally if you want to go with a dry yeast, I would use US-56. But Nottingham would work too

and scroll down for golden promise
