Default "left-ovahs" Ale

Ugh... After years I'm still SUCH a noob! Especially when it comes to recipes!

As the subject indicates, I have some leftover grain/hops/yeast from a previous brew day and I'd love to throw it all together to make a "passable" light ale. I'm not one for hoppy pale ales but I don't mind a little bit.
The only real grain I have is 10 lb of pale ale malt.
Will this taste awful?

I guess I'll just do BM's "cream of 3 crops" with pale ale malt instead of 2-row and see how it turns out. :-/
