Default LBHS mixed my grains yo... Help me round up this recipe... Dark Saison?

I ordered some random grains to combine with stuff I have at home for a few different beers but when I went to pick it up from my local LHBS they had packed it in the same bag. I felt bad for the grain room dude so I rolled with it.

So right now I have 10# belgian pils and 2# chocolate wheat.
I was thinking of just going with it as a black saison but am a lil bit worried about it being too roasty. If ya'll got any good ideas to round it out im all ears!

You might consider making sure it is well mixed, then dividing in half and adding more pils. No clue what the max is for Choc wheat in a brew, but 16% seems pretty high for that roasted of a malt.

Thanks man! I'm gonna bring it down to 4% and throw some oats in as well.
