Hey all--

This is what I brewed a few weeks ago and just bottled.

3 Gal. Batch

0.5 lb. Pale Ale (Crisp)
1.5 lb. American 2-row
1.0 lb. Golden Promise
3.0 lb. LME

Mashed 60min.,
Batched sparged 9 min.

0.5 oz. Chinook pellets 60m
0.5 oz. Chinook pellets 25m
0.5 oz. Progress pellets 10m
0.5 oz. Fuggles plug 4m

1 pkg. Coopers Dry yeast, sprinkled on top
sg 1056

Transferred beer over to secondary after one week and dry hopped.

(1 oz. simcoe)

Bottled two weeks later. Primed with 2 oz. corn sugar.

Mathews is located about 30 miles as the crow flies from Norfolk and on the Chesapeake Bay.
