looks pretty good, but i'd slide those adds up a few mins to maximize flavor/aroma. say 15, 10, 5, 0, 5mins post boil, dry hop.

why do you intend to dry hop so early? i would wait at least til its done fermenting and starting to clear otherwise you're losing aroma. at the least i'd wait 10 days then dry hop the final 4

also, why the 8oz of extract? is 11lbs grain the max you can do?

Thank You for your input!
So move the addition hop schedule to
20 min to 15min
leave 10 min
leave 5 min
3 min to zero or flame out

How about the 30 min?
should that be a longer period / say 45 min

no, pretty much anything between 20 and 60 is useless. i guess it can give a more balanced bitterness, but the returns on the aroma/flavor are minimal. id move the 30 to 60 if you need more bitterness or 15 and under for better flavor/aroma

Finished the brew last night with a buddies rig.
Ended with 10.8 gal at 1.063
Hop schedule was
60 min - one oz. summit and one oz. nugget
15 min - one oz. nugget
10 min - one oz. nugget
7 min - one oz. nugget
Flame out -one oz. cascade

Yeast - US05

Took off around six hours
