Default Late Chinook Oops

60 min 0.5oz Cent
30 mon 1oz cascade
5 min 0.5oz Chinook
1 min .5oz Cent

Standardish pale ale recipe with the above hop bill. I was planning on a 30 min Chinook addition but my buddy fed me too much beer and I switched the 5 and 30 up... should have been .5 chin @ 30 and 1oz casc at 5... heres to late chinook adds will let you know how it works out.

With those hops I would bet on it being very good. A bit different than you originally intended, but good none the less.

Of course that depends on a reasonable grain bill.
