Lakefront's Cream City Pale Ale

My husband fell in love with this beer, and I can't find out a thing about it!!! I think it's cascade hops, but maltier than a SNPA. It's got a maltier malt taste to it than just about any other pale ale I've tried. Also, I think it's got more bittering hops, with a bit less in the later additions for flavor/aroma. I was thinking I'd do something simple like this:

9 pounds 2-row
2 pounds victory
1 pound munich malt

.5 oz galena (bittering) 60
1 ounce cascade 30
1 ounce cascade 10
1 ounce cascade 0

Either another ounce of cascade at flameout, or dryhopping. According to Beersmith, this would give me IBUs of 42, SRM of 5.6 with a IBU/SG ratio of .691.

Has anyone had this beer? I would like it to be close, but I'd more like to capture a malty-ish APA with a bitterness to it that balances it out. Any comments? (Please?

I've done some more reading, and I'm thinking I would switch out the munich malt for aromatic malt- is 8% aromatic malt too much? I've never used it before, I don't think.

Here's what Briess says:

Aromatic® (Munich) Malt
Lovibond Flavor
20 Smooth
Intensely
Malty

Unique Characteristics/Applications
DP 40. 2-Row Munich-style malt. This European-style malt is a darker Munich-style malt that develops a very clean, intensely malty flavor.

i think a pound of aromatic is too much. when i've used it, a little goes a long way. but ¼ pound in addition to your munich might be wonderful.
