trying this recipe out that i made up.
steeped 45 minutes:
2.75 lbs 2 row pale malt
.75 lbs crystal 60L
.5 lbs 80L
.5 lbs Vienna(subbed for Munich)
6.6 lbs Pale liquid Extract
1.5 oz Cascade pellet(60 min)
.75 oz Magnum pellet(60 min)
1 oz Willamette(30 min)
1 oz Centennial(15 min)
.5 oz Cascade(flame out)
safe ale-05 dry yeast
That looks like it will make a good beer.

Brewed it up last night. Not sure if I didn't mix the wort well enough with my top off water, but the OG missed by .008, not a big deal, just a little weaker, but the sample tasted good.
I just drank some of it and holy crap it does taste great!!!!
