Kona Brewing: Pipeline Porter

I just picked a sixer of this up at the local liquor store today, and this is one amazing porter! I'm instantly hooked, and would love to do it myself. I know the ingredients (based on their PDF of the beer, on their site) but have no idea the amounts of each.
So please, if you've had this, discuss what you believe would be an as-close-to-the-real-thing clone as possible. Thanks!
Malt: Premium 2-Row Pale, Carapils, Victory, Caramel 80, Extra Special, Chocolate and Dark Chocolate malts, Roasted Barley
Hops: Millennium, Warrior, Willamette
Alcohol: 5.3% by volume
O.G. 13.5
IBU 23
Extras: freshly roasted 100% Kona coffee
