Default Just put a pilsner into secondary for the next couple weeks

I decided to make a nice light beer for a change.

6 lbs LDME
3/4 lb cara-pills
2 oz Saaz hops - 60 minutes
.5 oz Saaz - 40 minutes
1 oz Saaz - steep 5 minutes

WLP800 Pilsner Lager yeast

OG 1.052
1.010 going into secondary

It tasted fine coming out of the primary, I'll have to wait a couple weeks to see how it turns out.

awesome - to me a pilsner is a "naked beer" - it's har to disguise off flavors in a pilsner - it either is good or not imo.
