The bill is no more complex than Rogue's Mocha Porter and they use almost three times as much caramel. I like sweet porters, myself.
I question dry hopping a porter at all and NB is more of a bittering hop than a finish hop. I'd give this two weeks to clear, then sample it before dry hopping.
