Default I've gotta fill my kegs! (recipe check)

Sometime today my 4 kegs and kegging stuff will be delivered. The only thing I've got ready to put on gas is a cider

So, I hope to knock out 2 brews this weekend since it's a long weekend and get two more rockin' next weekend. SWMBO has asked for a kolsch, a strawberry blonde, and a raspberry wheat. I said yes to all except the raspberry wheat....MAYBE I'll brew that up later on in the summer but not now...

The next four beers I plan to brew are a small amber, a kolsch, a strawberry blonde, and a smoked porter. The only one I've brewed before is the strawberry blonde.

Here are the recipes, any tweaks/changes/tips whatever would be appreciated.

Small Amber (based on St. Arnold's Amber but shrunk down)
Grain:
6 lb. Pale Ale Malt
2 lb. Munich
.25 lb. Chocolate

Hops:
.3 oz. Galena 60min
.75 oz. Cascade 30min
.5 oz. Hallertauer 10min

Yeast:
S-04 (good choice? I've never used it before)

12 SRM
30 IBU
OG:1.039
Mash temp: 154* (?)

Strawberry Blonde
Grain:
6 lb. Pale Ale Malt (or 2row)
.5 lb. C10
.5 lb. Flaked wheat

Hops:
.5 oz. Galena 60min
.5 oz. Cascade 30min
.5 oz. Cascade 10min

Yeast:
WLP001

Extra:
5lb Strawberrys added to secondary

4 SRM
38 IBU
OG:1.037
Mash Temp: 150*

Kolsch (stolen from wwest )
Grain:
6.5 lbs Pilsner malt
0.8 lbs wheat malt
0.2 lbs Gambrinus Honeymalt
Hops:
1.5 oz Hallertau 60min
1/4 oz Hallertau 15min
1/4 oz Hallertau 5min

Yeast:
WLP029

4 SRM
23 IBU
OG:1.048
Mash Temp: 152* (wwest uses a step mash...think it's needed?)

Smoked Porter (Stolen from Northern Brewer )
Grains:
7.5 lbs Pale Ale Malt
4 lbs Munich
1lb Black Malt (whats a good sub for this? Chocolate?)
.25 lb C60
.25 lb Peated Malt

Hops:
1oz Galena 60min
1oz Fuggles 40min
1oz Fuggles 15min

Much appreciated!
