I'm making an Irish Cream Stout and I just can't find the Irish Cream Extract locally. I thought it'd be at the local grocery store(s) but it's not!
Would Vanilla Extract be any kind of substitute or should I do something else? I'd like to get it done as soon as possible (while the wife's still out of town)!
Any suggestions? If it's any help, the recipe is in The Homebrewer's Recipe Guide. Thank you very much and I really appreciate any input!!
