Default IPA hop schedule

I'm looking for some help formulating a hop schedule for an IPA I'm brewing. IPA's are my favorite style but this will be my first attempt at brewing mostly because I didn't want to spend $15 bucks on hops alone. Anyway I picked up a lb each of Chinook, Cascade, and Willamette and would like to hear some suggestions.

The grain bill is http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/biermunchers-outer-limits-ipa-87310/, so its going to be fairly malty. OG 1.075. I'm looking for 60-70 IBU's and big hop flavor/aroma.

Any combo of Chinook, Cascade, Willamette is cool.

Willamette and Cascades should make a good combination. Another option would be to mix the pellets together and space the adds out the same way.

Thanks sampler that just what i was looking for. I think Ill use that and dry hop with an oz each of cascade and chinook. I like the mixing idea too I have read cascade and willamette compliment each other well so I already have a few mixed bags in the freezer. Perhaps Ill use 1 or two of those.

I really like dry hopping with Chinook. You could always split up the dry hopping and do one vessel of Chinook, one Willamette and one Cascade. Then you could experiment with blending your very own IPA (just like Gordon Strong).

Thats a cool idea I would love to try, just dont have enough fermentors. I think I might throw an ounce of each in to dry hop.

I know this is a noob question but is dry hopping solely for aroma or does it also affect flavor? Ive never dry hopped before.
