So I have a 2 1/2 gallon bucket and a pound of Falconer's Flight Seven Seas and I want to do something with them so this is my idea.
Extract:
3.3 lbs of Munich Malt
1lb Corn Sugar
2oz High AAU Hop (17%) at Start of 45 minute boil
1oz Falconer's Flight Seven Seas 9.9% (FFSS) at 20
1oz Falconer's Flight Seven Seas 9.9% (FFSS) at 10
1oz Falconer's Flight Seven Seas 9.9% (FFSS) Dry Hopped 3 days before bottling
1 sachet of S-04 English Ale Yeast
I'm considering priming with Honey but wasn't sure if that would be to off the wall with this schizophrenic recipe.
