Default Interesting Recipe i found for Rocket Fuel

I just found this extract w/steeping grains recipe online and thought it would be interesting to share. The SG is 1.096! What do you all think this will taste like when you consume it? I see that the IBU's are kind of low doing a partial boil. Only 10.5 IBU. With a full boil it's around 25 IBU so i guess i'd be doing that.

With that much sugar and malt, and that low of an IBU, I'd think rocket fuel is pretty much right on. It might be drinkable if you added bunch more bittering hops...

I'd say the measured gravities are messed up.

Not quite a barleywine, but you could call it one. I suspect the body would be a bit low. Barleywines are a rather open style, though.

When i calculate the IBU for a full 5 gallon boil, it's around 25 IBU's. Is that still bad?
