Interceptor IPA - HUGE success!

Just racked this IPA to a keg. Its just over two weeks old and needs time to carb up and clear. Straight out of primary...Its got awesome aroma, smooth bitterness, and is deceptively high in alcohol. If you are in the market for an IPA I suggest taking a look at this recipe!
