Est OG: 1.053-1.061
Est IBU: 26.3
SRM: 14.1

8 lbs Gambrinus ESB (3.0 SRM) 65.6 %
3 lbs Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) 24.6 %
8.0 oz Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM) 4.9 %
4.0 oz Rye Malt (4.7 SRM) 2.5 %
4.0 oz Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) 2.5 %
3.0 oz Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) 1.9 %

0.45 oz Cascade [9.10 %] - Boil 60.0 min 14.4 IBUs
0.45 oz Mt. Hood [7.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min 11.8 IBUs
0.25 oz Cascade [9.10 %] - Aroma Steep 0.0 min
0.25 oz Mt. Hood [7.50 %] - Aroma Steep 0.0 min
Nottingham (Danstar #-) [23.66 ml] (Or US-04 if my LHBS has it available)

I'm not so sure about my efficiency, so I'm allowing for 60-70%. I'm going for a creamy/malty flavour with a west coast kick, and I'm hoping for a really red colour.
