Going for a big well rounded IPA. Any comments would be appreciated!

I would go with a 1lb of munich, knock down the carapils to .5lb, and since i just bottled one similair, and i cut my carapils down from my usual, and tried some golden naked oats, it is smooth, nice mouthfeel. But whatever you do, good luck.... it looks like a good ingredients list.

Btw, hops look good, seems a .5oz chinook would be sufficient at 60, but i always say that about every pale, and even ipa recipes...my .02

Why both corn sugar and carapils? I would drop them both and use 2lbs of 2 row instead and save a few bucks.
I agree with meister and would up the munich to a lb

I think the corn sugar is fine, as it will ferment out and leave behind little body or flavor but boost the ABV. The weird thing is if you want a drier, thinner bodied beer (from adding corn sugar), why add carapils? I'd ditch the carapils for sure.

More Munich would be nice.
