OK, the ingredients guide was accidentally eradicated during a battle with Aliens from the planet ZoZ. The invasion was beat back but unfortunately the guide was destroyed. Damn Aliens!

So.. I need help rebuilding it. Please post any helpful links.

Oak Chips/Cubes/etc... in the context of Mead, but very relevant for anyone looking to use oak in brewing. Written by some guy named "Oskaar" who is an admin for GotMead.com ... hope that isn't too spammy.
