Hey Orfy Since water is the main ingredient in beer how about a water guide needs: ie...pH, water hardness, water alkalinity etc. It would be nice to have a chart w/ stout needs...., ESB needs..... etc. Many beers need different type water. I have been having trouble finding such a chart on this forum. I will go on the "outside" and see what I can find. Best, Charlie
