Since I recovered from a HD failure a whie back I don't have all my brewing related links any more. I've been looking for ingredient guides. That also got me thing we should start a list here. It would also be a great resource for noobs as well.

Hey Orfy Since water is the main ingredient in beer how about a water guide needs: ie...pH, water hardness, water alkalinity etc. It would be nice to have a chart w/ stout needs...., ESB needs..... etc. Many beers need different type water. I have been having trouble finding such a chart on this forum. I will go on the "outside" and see what I can find. Best, Charlie
