Default India Red Ale critique/advice

Hey guys. Curious what you all think about this recipe, the hop schedule in particular. I'm trying to use my current hop stock so I modified an India Red Ale recipe that's based on one of Randy Moshers (from Radical Brewing). Any input would be greatly appreciated! Many thanks!
