Mash at 146 for an hour.

I am looking for a stone/stormking type stout . . .good n' hoppy.

Any critiques are welcome. I plan to let this sit until my birthday in January so it will have plenty of time to age. I will also be doing a big IPA to match it

Dry hopping an imperial stout...hmmm, interesting.

Why 8 lbs pale and 1 lb 2-row?
