Ive revised my recipe a bit, its around 20% rye now, and i focused the additions at 60, 15, 5 and F.O.. Hop bursting is focusing on under 20 min additions, right? Also i may increase the rye to the 30% range, i definitely want it distinct. Thoughts?

Yes, hopbursting usually starts at 20 mins or so. I think it looks pretty distinct overall....brew it up!

I reformulated my recipe, adding 2 oz of hops (1 each galaxy and topaz), and changed the chocolate malt to chocolate rye malt.
Here's version 2:
OG: ~1.087 FG: ~1.019 IBUs: 140
Grains:
4 1bs 2-row 47.1%
2 lbs flaked rye 23.5%
8 oz C60 5.9%
8 oz flaked barley 5.9%
4 oz carafa III 2.9%
4 oz chocolate rye 2.9%
1 lb xldme 11.8%
Hops:
1/2 oz columbus 60 min
1/4 oz columbus and 3/4 oz summit 20 min
1/4 oz columbus, 1/4 oz summit, 1/2 oz galaxy and 1 oz topaz 10 min
1 oz topaz, and 1/2 each of columbus, galaxy, and summit F.O.
1/2 oz each columbus and summit, and 1 oz galaxy dry-hop 7 days
Also, thinking of using nottingham yeast, as i heard its better with colder temps, and my fermenting has been a bit cold lately.
I'm naming this beast "Quothe the Raven", how's she look?

I've used Rakau for both. You'll find them similar to the Galaxy, I think. I'd prefer them as a late addition versus dry-hop, but they are great either way.
