Ok looking at these numbers- What could I add to give it more malty bdy to help balance?

I agree with the above suggestions. I'd stick to bittering at 60+ min and then bump some of the hops to flavoring times at 15 min or less. It will bring your bitterness down into a more reasonable range and give you some tasty hop flavors.

Agree wholeheartedly. Relatedly, drop the carapils - that does nothing but make the beer "thicker," which you don't want in an IPA (especially when you've got as much malt to start with as this). You can sub in some wheat malt (half pound or so) to make up for the head retention.
