That still gets you to 144 IBU's.

I think (especially with Summit) a 45 minute boil is as bittering as a 60 minute boil.

I'm an advocate of First Wort Hopping to get balanced bittering, and then restricting all other hops additions to 15 minutes or less to extrude flavor and aroma and not blow the needle off the bittering charts.

Again, the IIPA style calls for IBU's of between 60 and 110.
