Default If you combine 50/50 Crystal 10 and Crystal 20 do you get Crystal 15?

Just wondering. ESB recipe calls for Crystal 15

No not really. But it's close enough to crystal 10L that you could sub it without any issue. Different maltsters have slightly different qualities in the crystal malt, and the crystal 15L by Great Western is more of a British crystal than Briess' crystal 10L but they have about the same level of color and flavor.
