It spent 3 weeks in the primary and is now in bottles - How long does this hi gravity ale need to age?

After the first month at 70 degrees should I Lager it at a lower temp for the rest of the aging??

Thanks - I'm in an "evil" phase, wanting to challenge the alcohol tolerance of my beer drinking buddies

It seems quite low in IBU's for the size of beer it is. Personally I enjoy more hoppy beers though!
