Default I need a beer recipe please.

So I am getting back into brewing and I am trying to develop 2 recipes. Well it has been over 3 years since I have made a beer and well.....I have forgot some of what I learned 3 years ago.

Basically I am looking to make an IPA the possibly a less hoppy pale. I did keep copious notes on my past brews and all turned out pretty good, especially a Vanilla Stout and a Magic Hat #9 clone.

I am looking to make 2 batches in one day with the help of a friend. I am going to use my old method which is extract w/ specialty grain. My other batch I am wanting to use a Partial Mash. I've never made a recipe for a partial mash before so I am a bit nervous about making one on my own.

Any suggestions?

Here's my all-grain recipe for an IPA I like. Exchange the 8 lb of pale malt, munich malt and wheat malt with about 8 or 9 lbs of liquid extract. Steep the carapils and crystal malt.

2.00 lb Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) Dry Extract 13.79 %
8.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 55.17 %
2.00 lb Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 13.79 %
1.00 lb Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 6.90 %
0.75 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 5.17 %
0.75 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 5.17 %
1.00 oz Centennial [6.00 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 15.8 IBU
1.00 oz Chinook [10.00 %] (60 min) (Mash Hop) Hops 4.8 IBU
3.00 oz Citra [14.00 %] (Dry Hop 3 days) Hops -
1.00 oz Chinook [10.00 %] (20 min) Hops 16.1 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [6.00 %] (15 min) Hops 7.9 IBU
1.00 oz Citra [14.00 %] (10 min) Hops 13.5 IBU
