90.00 g Fuggles [4.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 8 28.5 IBUs

Beer Profile

Est Original Gravity: 1.105 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.029 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 10.2 %

Remove 1 gallon of the wort, boil separately down to a pint, and return to boil. Age for 2 years. Superb.
