Default Hypothetical Stone Brewery Levitation-esque (extract)

I've looked long and hard on the interwebs for a Stone Brewery Levitation Ale clone extract recipe, but I have yet been able to find one. I did however find a nice all-grain recipe on tastybrew.com, which I thought I could do a little tinkering with in Beersmith and see what I could come up with. See original recipe here: TastyBrew.com | Recipes
I wanted a nice refreshing session ale with a nice malty backbone and a hoppy bite.

So, I came up with something like this:

Stone Levitation Clone
American Pale Ale

Type: Extract
Batch Size: 5.00 gal
Brewer: Damon
Boil Size: 3.00 gal Asst Brewer:
Boil Time: 60 min Equipment: Brew Pot (5 Gallon)

Ingredients

Amount Item Type % or IBU
1.00 lb Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Dry Extract 13.33 % (added after flame out)
3.00 lb Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) Extract 40.00 %
2.00 lb Pale Liquid Extract Extract 26.67 % (added after flame out)
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 13.33 % (Steeped)
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) Grain 6.67 % (Steeped)
0.50 oz Amarillo [7.00 %] (Dry Hop 7 days)
0.25 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] (45 min) Hops 9.7 IBU
0.50 oz Amarillo [7.00 %] (45 min) Hops 10.4 IBU
0.50 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] (35 min) Hops 18.8 IBU
0.25 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] (5 min) Hops 2.1 IBU
0.25 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001) [Starter 500 ml] Yeast-Ale

Beer Profile

Est Original Gravity: 1.046 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.010 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 4.64 %
Bitterness: 50.0 IBU
Est Color: 18.0 SRM

From the original recipe I substituted more Simcoe for the originals Crystal, because I wanted to simplify the recipe, as I am still a n00b, and it probably cheaper to buy a larger amount of one hop, than it is to buy smaller amounts of more than one hop. I also wonder if it would be better to dry hop with an entire ounce of Amarillo rather than a half ounce?

Now, the math for the extract seems good, but I am not too sure what I should boil for the whole 60 minutes. As it stands I have it as 3lbs Pale Extract at 60min, than the rest after flame out. I REALLY wanted to get some nice hop utilization, or will it be too much? Would a flat 60 min boil for everything be better? Finally, the original recipe calls for 1.25lbs of Crystal 80L, but I made it an even pound because I didn't know it steeped specialty grains did more or less than all-grain specialty usage, so I erred on the side of safety and cut it down a hair.

What does everyone think? I would love to give this a try, but I would like some expert advice.
