Default Extract - Hush Puppy Cream Ale

Fermentables
8 oz. US Crystal 20L Malt
8 oz. US White Wheat Malt
8 oz. US Pale Ale Malt
4 oz. US Flaked Corn/Maize
3 lb. 3 oz Extract - Pilsen Light Liquid Extract
2 lb. Extract - Golden Light Dried Extract
1 lb. Sugar - Corn Sugar/Dextrose (Dry)

Steep grains at 170* for 30 minutes, bring to a boil and add extracts and sugars

Hops
1 oz. Tettnang 4.8 % Loose Pellet Hops 45 Min From End
1 oz. Tettnang 4.8 % Loose Pellet Hops 15 Min From End
1 oz. Czech Saaz 4.3 % Loose Pellet Hops At turn off

Add Irish moss with 20 minutes left in boil

How 'bout now? This sounds pretty good... Did the secondary fermentation make a big difference in clarity? Anything you'd change now?
