Default How's this Barley Wine Look?

I'd like to keep it simple and on the malty side...

Batch Size: 5.00 gal
Boil Size: 8.00 gal
Boil Time: 120 min
Efficiency: 65.00


19 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) 95.12 %
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) 4.88 %
1.00 oz Horizon [11.60 %] (120 min) (Mash Hop) 11.0 IBU
0.50 oz Galena [14.20 %] (120 min) (First Wort Hop) 24.2 IBU
1.00 oz Galena [14.20 %] (60 min) 53.8 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [7.00 %] (15 min) 3.5 IBU
1.00 oz Williamette [6.40 %] (15 min) 6.5 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [7.00 %] (0 min)
1.00 oz Williamette [6.40 %] (0 min)
3 Pkgs SafAle American Ale (DCL Yeast #S-05) Yeast-Ale


Est Original Gravity: 1.101 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.025 SG
Bitterness: 98.9 IBU
Color: 14.6 SRM


Mash @ 132F for 15 min.
Ramp to 152F for 90 min.
Ramp to 165F for 10 min.
Sparge @ 170F

Well, that IS simple! Naturally, you could add some biscuit/Munich/whatever for more complexity, but it certainly isn't necessary (Thomas Hardy Ale was base malt only). It looks like it could be quite delicious!
