Default How to use Go Ferm

After searching this site for instructions on how to use Go-Ferm I can only find threads that say follow instructions on the bottle. Unfortunately my bottle has no instructions. Can anyone help with me with some direction on how to use the stuff? I know to use 1.25 grams per gram of yeast but how do I add it to the yeast. Should it be in the water before I rehydrate the yeast or should I add it as I pitch the yeast? Can I boil it?
