Default How ridiculous is this?

I have some ingredients getting old so I am brewing this in the morning.

To let you know ahead of time........I like HOT beers!

3 lbs breiss cherry wood
1 lb C120L
10 lbs 2-row

WLP 380 hefe yeast pitched at 60 and fermented in the mid sixties

1 oz chinook at 60
1 oz chinook at 5

1 LARGE bowl of garden grown HOTTT!! jalap's and hab's @ 60 minutes

I just kicked a keg of a 70 % cherry wood US-05 pepper bomb that used the same hops and it was quite good except the ashy wood smoke was a bit heavy!

cheers and happy brewing!

The aroma is Hot!!

The steam coming outta the kettle about burned my eyes!

I find it quite tasty!
