I've been home brewing for about a year now, and have mostly used kits and recipes that I have tweaked a little, so this is probably a really stupid question, so please take it easy on me

I am wanting to start formulating my own recipe, and was wondering if there is a resource out there that tells how much to use of different base malts when making a batch of beer?

Any help or input would sure be appreciated!!!
