Default how does this look for a Blonde Ale?

Thinking about brewing mid week since I am on PTO til the 7th. I have 6oz of cascade whole hops to start using, and divide up in to smaller packs and foodsaver em.

I have Kolsch yeast banked.

None of my other specialty malts seemed appropriate (mostly dark stuff, some crystal, caramunich, and wheat).

For me, I would put in two more pounds of two row and bump the ABV up to around 5%. I love Cascade hops. I made something like this to be ready for Christmas. My brothers wife said it was too strong, and continued drinking Miller Lite. Maybe you should make it your way.

Looks good to me. I lean towards less IBUs for my blonde ale, but that is only a personal thing. What temp are you going to mash at? I did 154 F for 60 min and it turned out real nice. - Dirk

I would add a bit of carapils (0.5 lb) or weat for body, also subbed viena for munich to make it bit maltier.
