Default How Does this Dunkelweizen Look?

5 gallon batch

2lbs US Carmel 20L
.5lbs US Chocolate Malt
6lbs Wheat Liquid Extract
1lb Light Dried Malt Extract

1oz Hallertauer 60 mins
.5 oz Hallertauer 30 mins

White Labs WLP300 Yeast

Expected OG 1.062
Expected FG 1.016

I'm looking to make a really tasty Dunkelweizen and thought this looked good. Any comments/suggestions?

Default

drop the chocolate malt to 0.25 lbs, forget the 20L and the 30 min hop addition altogether, and you have one of my favorite recipes.

no matter what, i would reduce the 20L to 0.5 lbs AT MOST.
