Default how about mocha cocoa?

my wife bought this mocha cocoa by accident. she doesn't like coffee. looked to me like just the thing for some chocolate coffee stout. what do you think? how much for a 5 gallon batch? when to add to the beer? in the boil?

and here are the ingredients...

Zion Nanobrews

Primary: beer, mead, cider

Drinking: beer, mead, cider
