Being located where we are, we tend to stock up on hops 2 or 3 times a year (whenever someone is coming over to visit we ask them to bring over supplies!) so all we use are frozen hops. It is what it is...I am just happy to be able to brew over here!
We dry hopped out last American Pale Ale (Celebration Ale) for 4 days and it had a nice aroma to id. For this IPA, we'll do a 7 day dry hop...or perhaps we can throw some in the keg???
