hops - heat - damage

i just got a UPS shipment from a fairly large brew supplier who shall remain nameless until they have a chance to address this issue.
the box was handed to me by the UPS driver. I opened it up and ten ounces of hops were in a paper bag. they were in sealed vacuum bags, but they were all in a paper bag in the top of the box with no insulation. the box was about 100 degrees hot.
i replied to the vendor about it. they thanked me for my suggestion and wished me a nice day.
i won't really know how well they survived until i open them up and use them.
meanwhile, does anyone know how likely it is that they are okay - or not?
i don't know how long or how hot they were. the trip was from indiana to florida and the ambient temp today is about 90 in the shade, apparently much hotter in a brown truck!

While the heat wasn't ideal, the fact that they were sealed in vac bags is of bigger importance. Oxygen is far more destructive to the condition of the hops.
