Default Hops for a blonde

Was not a big fan of the Centennial in my last blonde ale. Too spicey maybe? I have a hard time describing hop flavors. Anyway, I am thinking perle or williamette or even both for my next batch. Ideas, comments, concerns?

I've always used Saaz for aroma and Hallertau for bittering in my Blondes gives a great light floral profile.

My current batch I went with Vangaurd and Cascade, as I wanted to try something differant.

Willamette is fairly common for a Bonde. Good choice.

bitter w/ Willamette. Amarillo for aroma/flavor. That's a winning combo, any way you slice it. Amarillo has done the best job in my blonde and pale ale as a finishing hop...DO IT!

I can't argue with Amarillo, easily one of my favorites.
