Default Hops for a Belgian Pale
I am looking to make a Belgian pale ale and I would like to try a different type of hop this time. I am looking for a hop that would complement the fruity belgian yeast. I made a saison with cascade and I think it's too fruity.

I did a belgian tripel with citra and it was pretty phenomenal. Just use it sparingly. The yeast character tends to emphasize the citra hop.
