I just got 2 oz Organic New Zealand Hallertauer Leaf Hops, also got some Magnum, Centennial, Cascade, Goldings, any cool suggestions on what to do with them?

Make beer?

My first instinct would be to use those centennials and cascades (maybe bitter with magnum) to make a nice hoppy APA or IPA.

I don't have my recipes next to me, but that mix looks good for maybe a lager and some ales.

Late hop IPA.

I've been waiting to score some magnum for quite some time. I'm excited...
