2.00 oz. Centennial (Pellet, 8.50% AA) @ 0 min.
1.00 oz. Amarillo (Pellet 6.70% AA) @ Dry Hop
1.00 oz. Centennial (Pellet, 8.50% AA) @ Dry Hop
1.00 oz. Amarillo (Pellet 6.70% AA) @ Keg Hop

WYeast 1272 American Ale II

Very similar to this recipe, http://www.themadfermentationist.com.../india-red-ale recipe.html but we wondering if it would be good to substitute Carared and Roasted Barley for Carahell and Pale Chocolate

Thanks
