I'm brewing the following beer:

10 lbs Floor Malted MO
1 lb Crystal MO

US05 yeast

I have the following hops, in large quantities:

Amarillo
Simcoe
Cascade
Citra
Chinook
Centennial
(seeing the picture)
Hersbrucker
Willamette
Warrior
Nugget

What hops would you recommend putting with the MO?

:mug:

First instinct would be to bitter with Warrior and finish with equal portions of Cascade and Willamette.

What are you trying to brew? If it were my brew I would add a pound of sugar which would bump the OG up to around 1.060 and make a nice dry IPA with a combination of ammarilo, centennial, cascade and chinook. mmmm, mmm good.
