Default Hop help for an Irish Red

I'm looking for help determaining the hop schedule for the Irish red I want to do tommorrow. I plan on using Kent Goldings and Fuggles but haven't decided how much and when. The grain bill is going to be as follows.

6lbs 2 row
1lb Munich
8oz crystal 40l
2oz chocolate

What would be a good hopping for ths brew?

Depending on the AA% of the hops , I would use 1oz of Fuggles for the bitter and 1 oz of KG for the flavor and 1 oz of either for the aroma. Probably the KG for aroma. Its up to you and thats what makes this hobby so fun.
