Default Hop Bursted White IPA- Cascade, Citra, Simcoe

I am looking for some input on this white Ipa recipe I came up with. I've been wanting to a hop bursted Ipa for quite sometime. Since I just got a nice supply of Citra and Simcoe from Farmhouse Brewing, I figured now is as good of time as ever. I'm not really sure on the Vienna and Munich amounts yet. I do want a slight breadiness of the vienna and sweetness of munich with the added color. Here is what I have so far using beersmith. Any suggestions are welcome.

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Safale US-05
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.061
Final Gravity: 1.013
IBU: 69.7
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Efficiency: 75%
Color: 6.4 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @ 66F
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7-10 @ 64F

Grains
5 lb Pale Ale Malt
5 lb Wheat Malt
1 lb Vienna Malt
1 lb Munich Malt

Hops
1.00 oz Cascade [6.20 %] 60

.25 oz Citra [14.00 %] 20
.25 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] 20
.25 oz Cascade [6.20 %] 20

.25 oz Citra [14.00 %] 15
.25 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] 15
.25 oz Cascade [6.20 %] 15

.25 oz Citra [14.00 %] 10
.25 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] 10
.25 oz Cascade [6.20 %] 10

.25 oz Citra [14.00 %] 5
.25 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] 5
.25 oz Cascade [6.20 %] 5

.25 oz Citra [14.00 %] whirlpool
.25 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] whirlpool
.25 oz Cascade [6.20 %] whirlpool

1 oz Citra [14.00 %] Dry
1 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] Dry
1 oz Cascade [6.20 %] Dry

Single Infusion Mash: 150 for 60min

I'm not sure yet on how I want to dry hop yet. Either all at once for 7-10 days or splitting the 3oz over a few days.

That's a ton of hops for a moderate gravity beer, but I can't see anything glaringly wrong with the recipe. Love all those hops and appreciate that you didn't use the rare ones for bittering. Hopbursting FTW!

Yea it is a ton of hops considering the malt profile. One thing I'm worried about is that there won't be enough malt backbone and I'm afraid to end up with hop soup. I also wasn't planning on a 60min addition but I want some up front bitterness that may not come with the later additions. So I guess it's technically not hop bursting but pretty close.

I was thinking about dry hopping the same as you (1oz each Simcoe, Citra, Cascade). How would you describe the result? Thanks!!!
